Happy New Year – 2012

Saturday December 31, 2011

Well, it’s New Year’s Eve, the 31st of December 2011.  It’s 1730 and the countdown to the new year is under way with countries in the eastern hemisphere having already marked the occasion.

Hopefully 2012 will be a great year for everyone reading this post and that it brings all you want/need/desire.  I’m going to get back out cycling and enjoy the open roads a bit more in the new year.  I hope you all have a great cycling year ahead.

Happy New Year everyone!

Happy New Year!

Saturday January 1, 2011

Well, it’s another year!  2011.  I wonder what it’ll hold for us all?

One of my New Year Resolutions is to get out on the bikes more often than I did in the latter half of 2010.  The early part of the year was very cycling-orientated with my 307 mile epic in there for April, however with work and other things happening in my life, cycling had to take a back seat.

This year is going to be different and the bikes are going to be free once more!

Happy New Year to you all.  Happy cycling for 2011!

The Passing Of TimeHappy New Year!

This post was pre-written as as the clock ticked over to 0000GMT I was (will be) enjoying some alcohol and some pleasant company!  😉

Good luck for 2010, both with the cycling and with life in general.  It’s a new year and so many opportunities to get out there and do exactly what you want to do.

Oh, this photo is one I took earlier today (New Year’s Eve), I’ve called it ‘The Passing Of Time‘ – it’s over on Flickr.
